1. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM
1.1. If you want to return the item for some personal reason or size problem, you may do it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
1.2. When the order is received using the services of “Omniva”, the return/replacement of the item shall be made using “Omniva” self-service parcel terminals only. Please contact us by email email@example.com for other ways to return the item. The cost of returning good quality returnable item shall be paid by the buyer.
1.3. The item to be returned must be in the original good condition packaging, not damaged, unused, the packaging must be the same as originally received and without the loss of merchantability (undamaged labelling, not removed protective films, etc.). When returning the item, it shall be necessary to submit a document of its purchase (a copy of the purchase or payment confirmation document).
1.4. When returning a good quality item, the buyer shall only be refunded the amount of money paid for the item. Shipping costs shall not be refunded to the buyer.
1.5. Upon the receipt of a defective item, the seller shall undertake to replace it with an analogous item or to refund the money to the buyer.
1.6. The buyer shall return a defective item within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, informing the seller about it by email and adding pictures or videos of poor quality goods and/or parcels.
1.7. The item to be returned must be in the original good condition packaging, not damaged, unused, the packaging must be the same as originally received and without the loss of merchantability (undamaged labelling, not removed protective films, etc.). Returns must be accompanied by a purchase document.
1.8. The seller shall have the right not to accept the returned item if the buyer does not comply with the procedure for the return of the item specified in paragraphs 1.3. and 1.7. of this policy.
1.9. If the buyer has used a gift card to pay for the item, the gift card and other additional amount paid (if it has been paid) shall be refunded. If the gift card is damaged, i.e. more than half of it is dirty, missing or damaged or if the gift card number, affixed receipt or purchase date cannot be seen on the gift card, then such gift card can no longer be used to pay for the goods and/or services. Such gift card shall become unchangeable and the money shall not be refunded.
1.10. If the buyer returns the item bought at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded with the discount.
2. FINAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The list of non-refundable item or item, the return of which can be carried out only with the consent of the seller, can be found in Paragraph 17 of the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No 4–243 of 15 March 2012 (Official Gazette, No 34–1637 of 2012) “On the approval of the rules of exchange and return of goods”.

– pantyhose, socks, sockettes and the like;
– men’s, boys’, women’s or girls’ undervests, nightshirts, pyjamas and the like;
2.2. This Return Policy is compiled in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. This Return Policy shall be compiled by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.4. Return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No 217 of 29 June 2001 “On the approval of the rules of exchange and return of goods”.
